The laws in Turkey do not allow egg, sperm or embryo donation. What is allowed is IVF treatment using a married couple’s own eggs and sperm. But there is no legal age limit for treatment but many clinics will not treat women above 46 years.

As 1ST step of your treatment ; You will use hormones as daily injections !

At the 3rd day of the new menstrual period, stimulation of the ovaries is started with hormone injection . The injection takes 10 days or sometimes a little bit longer . The injection is painless and it helps your body to produce more than just the normal egg per month.

2nd step of the treatment is GETTING EGGS OUT OF BODY !

When the eggs reach a certain maturity and size, you will use another hormonal needle to crack the egg cells. Approximately 34-36 hours after this needle is made, you have to go you’re your hospital for the egg collection procedure.During the procedure your doctor go in vaginally with a needle attached to the ultrasound. You will be sedated with local anesthesia for this procedure. You might only get one or two eggs or more..depends on how many your ovaries produce.

Collecting Sperm Stage

Same day eggs are also going to be fertilized with sperm so while your eggs being removed your husband will provide a sperm sample. After this process, your husband can return to your country if he wishes

3rd step: FERTILIZATION OF THE EGGS

Obtained egg cells are fertilized using conventional in vitro fertilization (IVF) or microinjection methods under laboratory conditions.

4th step: EMBRYO TRANSFER

After the lab work finished , you need to go back to your clinic and have the EMBRYO TRANSFER  is made usually 48-72 hours after the collection.  Since the time of this transfer is determined by the quality of the embryo. The number of embyros to be transfferred will be deterimed according to the number of quality embyros. You will have chance to talk with your doctor before the procedure , so you can decide together how many you want to have transferred. The good part of this procedure is dont worry the procedure is simple and painless, the patient is immediately discharged.

AFTER THE TRANSFER PROCEDURE

The hormone we call progesterone, which is administered vaginally or as an injection, will be given to you until the pregnancy test to be done approximately two weeks later.
